! Invitation letters
The organization committee recommend that participants who require an invitation letter to FFUS send the request before Jun 1st, 2026 , to ensure your request is processed quickly. Requests sent in January may not be processed before February. Please also ensure you have enough time for Visa application process in your country.
Before requesting an invitation letter, please complete registration and have a valid conference ticket. Send us the request at haohuachen@tongji.edu.cn and include your full name (as written in your passport), your passport number and date of birth.
The following ticket prices in Renminbi (CNY) apply inclusive VAT and ticket fees. Please note we only accept payment by card. We do not provide invoice, but a receipt as proof of payment will automatically be provided.

* Ticket only available for students up to the age of 30. A current valid university enrolment certificate must be uploaded to the registration system.
